PRETZEL SALAD DESSERT | |
CRUST: 2 c. pretzels 3/4 c. butter 3 tbsp. sugar 1 med. tub Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 pkgs. strawberry Jello 10 strawberries Crush 2 cups of pretzels. Mix with 3/4 cup of melted butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar, and line baking dish like a pie shell. Bake pretzel shell at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Make Jello mix with 4 cups of boiling water to mix thicker. Mix tub of Cool Whip with 8 ounces cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar. Pour Jello on pretzel crust and Cool Whip mix on top. Top with strawberries. Refrigerate. |
