STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD OR
DESSERT
 
1 med. size bag pretzels
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. (16 oz.) frozen sweet strawberries (some fresh)
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) lg. carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

Crush pretzels. Melt butter and mix with crushed pretzels. Press mixture into bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Whip Cool Whip, sugar and cream cheese together and put over pretzel crust. Mash berries.

Make Jello with boiling water. While still hot, mix frozen or well chilled berries. Mix well, pour over Cool Whip filling and refrigerate.
