STRAWBERRY SALAD DESSERT 
1-2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water (or juice strained from pineapple)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (1 lb.) can crushed (drained) pineapple
3 med. bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream

Combine gelatin with boiling water, stir until dissolved. Fold in strawberries, pineapple and bananas. Pour 1/2 mixture into 12 x 8 inch dish; let set until firm. Spread top with sour cream. Add remaining mixture gently. Yield 12 servings.
