OCCIDENTAL HOTEL HOT FUDGE
TOPPING
 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients, then add 2 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoons vanilla and 2 cups milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
