HOT FUDGE ICE CREAM TOPPING 
1 tbsp. butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (Baker's chocolate)
1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar

Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Add sugar and boiling water. Allow to boil 5 minutes or so.

Can be made ahead and heated up when ready to serve.
