SHARA'S BROWNIE CAPPUCCINO ICE CREAM PIE | |
1 (8.5 oz pkg) prepared mini brownies, such as Entemman's little bites 1.5 qt container light coffee icecream 1.5-qt container light chocolate ice cream, both ice creams softened 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 1/4 cup light or fat-free hot fudge topping 2 cups thawed light frozen whipped topping 1 (5 oz jar) walnuts in syrup 2 tbsp. chocolate sprinkles Evenly press brownies into bottom of 9-inch glass pie plate. Mix ice creams and mini chocolate chips until just combined. Drop scoops of ice cream, about 1/4 cup scoops, over brownie crust. Lightly cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until ice cream is hard, about 4 hours. Before serving, drizzle with fudge sauce. dollop whipped topping over fudge sauce. Top pie with walnuts and chocolate sprinkles.
