MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
1 qt. white vinegar
2 lbs. mushrooms
Oil
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Oregano

Bring vinegar to a boil and cut up mushrooms. Add mushrooms to vinegar and bring to a boil. Take off stove and put in a strainer to drain. Put mushrooms with rest of ingredients in bowl and mix. Put in jar and make sure oil covers mushrooms.
