MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 1/2 c. salad oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. parsley, chopped 1 c. thinly sliced onion, in rings 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1. Rinse and pat dry mushrooms. Slice or leave whole depending on size. Place on bowl. 2. Combine oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well. 3. Pour oil mixture over mushrooms, toss well to coat. 4. Add onions. Toss lightly. 5. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, stir occasionally. |
