MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
3 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. oil
1 c. wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
Red pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. marjoram

Wash mushrooms well. Boil 5 minutes and drain. When cool, cut up in pieces. Add to vinegar mixture. Let set overnight.
