MOCK SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil butter
1/2 c. egg substitute or egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. low-fat plain yogurt

Cream the sugar and oil. Add egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with yogurt. Drop by tablespoonfuls about four inches apart on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
