GRATED CORN PUDDING 
2 1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
8 ears corn, grated or 3-4 c. corn
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 drops Tabasco

Scald milk, remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Recipe may be prepared several hours ahead of time to this point. Stir well and pour into a 2 quart greased baking dish. Place baking dish in a pan half filled with warm water and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pudding is done when knife comes out clean from center of dish.
