SOFT SOUR CREAM CUTOUT COOKIES 
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. butter (soft)
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
7 c. (or more) flour

Mix sour cream and soda; set aside. Cream beaten eggs, soft butter and white sugar; add vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Add sour cream mixture and flour. Chill overnight. Roll and cut out. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
