MONKEY BREAD 
4 tubes refrigerator dough biscuits (10 per tube)
1 3/4 c. sugar, divided (3/4 and 1)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bag. Shake several biscuits at a time. Put pieces in 12 cup Bundt or angel food pan. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Combine remaining ingredients (sugar, butter and cinnamon) in small pan. Bring to a boil. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Turn out onto a plate. Serve warm.
