MOIST `N CRISPY CHICKEN | |
1 env. onion soup mix 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in large plastic bag and shake to blend. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place 1 piece of chicken in bag at a time; close it tightly and shake until coated. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. |
