CRISPY CRUST CHICKEN | |
3 whole chicken breasts, cut in half 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. instant potato flakes 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. minced onion flakes Beat together egg and milk in a bowl. Mix together potato flakes, cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion flakes. Melt butter in bottom of baking dish. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in dry mixture, place in pan, skin side up. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
