CHICKEN CRUMB PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. butter

1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. red and green pepper 1 1/2 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Blend crust and press into 7 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut chicken into thin strips. Coat chicken with flour. Stir fry in 3 tablespoons butter (3 to 4 minutes). Cook onion, celery, peppers, and mix into chicken. Spoon into crust. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake another 5 minutes. Makes 3 servings.
