CHICKEN IN CRUMB BASKET 
5 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs with onion, seasoning, and butter. Line one three pint greased baking dish with crumb mixture. Press into place. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.

CHICKEN FILLING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked or canned peas (garden)
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped

Melt butter; blend in flour. Add cream, chicken broth, and seasoning. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add peas and chicken. Place in crumb basket. It's ready to serve.
