CHICKEN CRUMB PIE 
1 boneless chicken
6 to 8 slices bread or 6 to 8 biscuits
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. water
4 slices bacon
Onion slices
2 c. water

Crumble 6 to 8 slices of bread or leftover biscuits. Add 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning. Bone 1 chicken; season (as if going to fry). In pan, put 1 layer of bread crumbs. Then 1 layer of chicken, then 1 layer of sliced onions. Continue to layer until pan is filled - top layer should be bread crumbs. Place 4 slices of bacon on top; moisten with 2 cups of water. Bake in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. After removing from oven, put cover on pan.
