MOIST 'N CRISPY CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer
1 env. onion recipe soup mix
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in large plastic bag. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place 1 piece of chicken at a time in bag and shake until coated. Place in single layer in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
