CRISPY CHICKEN 
1 onion
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt
2 c. Wheaties, crushed
1/4 c. parsley
4 lg. chicken pieces
3 tbsp. oil/cooking spray
3 med. potatoes
1 acorn squash

Mix onion, yogurt, curry, and dash of salt. Mix cereal and parsley. Remove skin from chicken. Spray roasting pan. Dip chicken in yogurt, then the cereal to coat meaty side. Place in one end of pan. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes, squash, and onion into large chunks. Place in pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 40-45 minutes.
