CRISPY CHICKEN 
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix potato chip crumbs, garlic salt, and pepper in shallow dish. Dip chicken in melted butter. Then coat chicken with potato chip mix. Place in baking dish with skin side up and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
