MACADAMIA NUT JELLO 
1 1/2 cubes butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 (5 oz.) can Macadamia nuts, chopped

Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add flour and Macadamia nuts and mix well. Pat in 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

CREAM LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared as directed)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and cool. Add cream cheese, sugar and prepared Dream Whip to cooled Jello and mix together in blender. Pour over prepared crust. Refrigerate until partially set. (If too firm, top Jello layer may slide off.)

JELLO LAYER:

1 lg pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water. When cooled, carefully pour over partially set middle layer. refrigerate until firm. May be cut into 1 1/2 x 3 inch pieces to serve as finger food. A delicious three layer dessert.
