MARINATED ITALIAN DUNGENEOUS CRAB | |
2-4 whole fresh cooked cracked crabs 1 clove garlic for each whole crab 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley for each crab 1 tbsp. virgin olive oil per whole crab 1 Tupperware container Request from butcher that you want 2-4 fresh or (thawed frozen) cleaned and cracker crabs. Rinse with cold water (never warm water). Chop parsley until extra fine like dust. Remove excess skin from cloves of garlic and fine chop like dust. Place cleaned and cracked crab in Tupperware container and pour measured olive oil over crab (just enough oil to provide light covering of crab). Mix previously chopped parsley and garlic with crab in Tupperware container and toss together. Marinate 24 hours and toss 2 or 3 times during marinating time. Enjoy. |
