MARINATED SOFT SHELL CRABS 
1 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp. lemon bits or 1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 soft shell crabs

Liberally baste bottom side of crabs with marinade and place bottom side down on open grill. Baste liberally top of crabs with marinade. Carefully turn crabs over about 5 minutes each side.
