PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick marg.

Put pineapple into greased baking dish. Mix sugar and flour, spread over pineapple. Top with cheese, then crackers. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
