HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Crushed cheese crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Drain pineapple. Place in 2-quart casserole. Mix sugar, cheese, and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple and top with crushed cheese crackers. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Great with ham! Serves 6-8.
