HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1 lg. can drained, crushed pineapple
5 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. evaporated milk

Cream sugar, butter and eggs together. Add the drained, crushed pineapple. Add the cubed bread. Add the evaporated milk. Mix and place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
