HOT PINEAPPLE - CHEESE SALAD 
20 oz. pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar, flour, and juice in a 1-quart casserole dish. Add cheese, pineapple and nuts.

In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter until moistened. Sprinkle over mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
