HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
1 c. (or less) sugar 6 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. melted butter 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 6 tbsp. juice 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (24 crackers) Combine sugar, flour and juice. Add pineapple and cheese. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crumbs brown. |
