MA'S CORN RELISH 
10 ears yellow corn, cut off
1 gal. diced and peeled tomatoes
1 qt. chopped onions
1 qt. chopped apples
1 qt. chopped cucumbers
1 qt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 sm. can mustard
2 tbsp. whole spice (tied in bag)
1 tsp. celery seed
2 pods chopped hot green pepper
1 lg. chopped sweet pepper
1 chopped head cabbage
Black pepper and salt to taste

Cook on low heat 1 1/2-2 hours. Seal in pint canning jars.
