CORN BREAD SALAD 
1 sm. pan of corn bread, crumbled
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tomatoe, diced
1 onion, diced
1 sm. jar sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Layer first five ingredients and spread relish over this mixture. Spread the mayonnaise over the relish. Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
