MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1/2 lb. sausage (fried and drained)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med bell pepper, chopped
1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs

Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
