Breaded Shrimp

This is the easiest and simplest shrimp recipe I've ever tired and it turned out great. I used pre-cooked frozen shrimp instead of fresh and I halved the recipe and it still turned out great.

This was great. I tried it out and the shrimp tasted really great with the addition of lemon juice after serving.

Omg, these are so good, I modified the recipe as follows for a low sodium diet, I omitted the onion salt, for garlic salt I substituted 1 tbsp. of garlic powder, to two eggs, I added a tbsp. of chinese red chili paste. Fried then in canola oil, wow, just great. I started with frozen and uncooked raw shrimp. Oh yes I started with plain bred crumbs, lower in sodium , then added the garlic powder and increased the dried parsley at about two tbsp. and a bunch of Parmesan grated cheese. just great. To continue to the lower sodium meal I combined three tbsp of catsup with a tbsp of white horseradish (not the sauce, the real thing.). Finished it with a bit of lemon. As far as I can figure it, the dish has about 400mg of salt per 6 shrimp or so.

Wow, this was the best. Tho, I sprinkled dehydrated onion in the bread crumb flour mix...Mixing the cheese with the egg mixture was a smart idea. I used asaigo cheese....
