BREAD PUDDING 
1 pt. bread crumbs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk and pour over bread crumbs. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, salt and vanilla when milk is cool. Combine two mixtures and add raisins. Pour into pudding dish and bake 40 minutes. Serve with any desired sauce. This will serve six persons.
