PORK - N - BEAN BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. white or regular raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Puree beans in blender or food processor. Mix sugar, eggs, beans and oil. In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add to the bean mixture. Stir in raisins, vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Freezes well. Best after frozen.
