CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 c. cranberries
1/2 orange, finely chopped
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, vinegar and spices in saucepan. Place over medium heat, bring to boil. Add cranberries and orange. Cook until all berries have "popped". May be used at once or store in covered glass container or sterilized jars. Makes about 2 pints.
