CRANBERRY RELISH | |
2 cans whole cranberries 1 c. orange juice 1 c. golden raisins 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. celery 2 med. apples, finely chopped 1 tbsp. grated orange peel 1 tsp. ground ginger Combine all ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. (May use whole cranberries, if available. If you do: Combine 1 (16 ounce) package of cranberries, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cool. Add remaining ingredients as above. |
