CRANBERRY FRUIT RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 tart med. apples, finely diced
6 packet Equal
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 med. oranges, peeled diced
10 oz. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed

Finely chop the fresh cranberries. Combine all ingredients. 1 serving (1/2 cup) = 1 1/2 fruit. 1 serving (1/3 cup) = 1 fruit 65 calories per 1/2 cup serving. Makes 12 1/2 cups servings. Low calorie heart healthy recipe.
