CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, ground coarsely
2 c. sugar
2 oranges, diced small
1 orange rind, grated
1 can crushed pineapple
2 apples, chopped fine
1 c. pecans
1 c. celery, chopped small

Mix cranberries, sugar, oranges, orange rind, and crushed pineapple; refrigerate overnight. Mix in apples, pecans, and celery next morning; refrigerate until ready to use. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes a lot. Great anytime and special with turkey and dressing. Good Thanksgiving gift to give to friends.
