RICE ITALIANO 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion
1 c. rice
2 c. chicken broth
Dash turmeric

Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan. Saute onions. Add rice. Stir to coat the rice. Do not cook. Add broth and turmeric. Bring to boil and simmer until rice is cooked to desired consistency. Serves 4 light eaters or 3 hungry eaters.
