MIDEAST BEANS 
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
2 (1 lb.) cans vegetarian beans
2 med. tomatoes, cut in pieces
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced green peppers

Saute onions and peppers in oil until tender. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or simmer in pan on top of stove.
