RANCHER'S BEANS 
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian beans in tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. no-salt added tomato sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Coat medium saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add green pepper; saute 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
