CORNED BEEF PIE 
1 recipe pie crust

CORNED BEEF FILLING:

4 tbsp.. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. canned corned beef
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
Black pepper

Melt butter, add onion and cook slowly until soft. Add flour, stir until blended. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Let simmer about 10 minutes. Pour into pie crust, add top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
