LEMON CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello (small sugar free)
3/4 c. cold water
4 eggs
3/4 c. Mazola Oil

Beat well for 1 minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. While cake is warm, poke holes with meat fork and pour the following mixture on cake: 2 cups powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons lemon juice.
