LEMON CHESS PIE | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. cornmeal 1 tsp. flour 1/8 tsp. salt Unbaked 9 inch pie shell Beat eggs in bowl until well blended, using electric mixer at high speed. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Add lemon juice, butter, cornmeal, flour, and salt. Beat well, using low speed. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is browned. Cool on rack. |
