LEMON CHESS PIE 
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. light cream of milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. yellow corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until well blended. Stir in sugar, light milk, melted butter, lemon juice, flour, corn meal and vanilla. Mix well; fill shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
