BARBECUED CHICKEN WINGS 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (12-15)

Mix together:

1/4 c. Red Hot Durkee Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 c. butter, melted

Split wings at joint, discard tips. Pat dry. Dip wings in sauce mixture and coat. Bake 425 degrees for 1 hour. Turn halfway through the cooking time. Fifteen minutes before taking out of oven put the rest of hot sauce over wings if you desire hotter. Can fry wings also instead of baking.
