CHOP CHOP VEGETABLES 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French fried onion rings

Place peas in a 2 1/2 quart casserole and pour boiling water over and let stand 5 minutes, then drain. Add remaining ingredients (except onions). Toss together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add the onions and bake 5 minutes more. Part of the onions can be added to the casserole and the rest placed on top and then baked the 5 minutes.
