EASY PORK CHOP AND VEGETABLE
BAKE
 
12 pork chops
10 med. potatoes
6 carrots
3 lg. onions
2 lg. green bell peppers
2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
Water

Set oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions and rinse. Cut potatoes into wedges and then cut in half. Cut carrots into about 1 1/2 inch long, then cut into about 6 pieces each. Cut onions into chunks or wedges. Cut green peppers into 1-inch chunks. Mix vegetables and place in a long, baking pan. Place pork chops in a single layer over the vegetables. Put the seasoning over all the mixture. Pour enough water over vegetable just to cover them. Place foil over top of pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are soft. If water boils away, add more water until potatoes are done. Can be served with bread and a salad.
