PORK CHOPS 'N VEGETABLES 
2 tbsp. oil
6 pork chops
1 green pepper (cut in strips)
2 tbsp. flour
1 can onion soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges

In large skillet heat oil. Add chops, brown well on both sides, set aside. Saute green peppers, set aside. Stir in flour and cook and stir for 1 minute. Blend in next four ingredients and bring to boil.

Return chops to skillet, spoon sauce over chops. Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 1 hour. Stir in tomatoes and green peppers. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serves 6.
